I grew up bilingual, with Turkish as my first language before English quickly took over once I started school - much to my parents’ surprise. Summers were spent in Turkey, picking it back up again, then returning to the UK and switching straight back. At one point, I even gave a full “back to school” talk in Turkish without realising no one understood a word - so the bi-cultural upbringing was very real.

Having spent extended time living in Istanbul, my Turkish developed to a near-native level, and I’ve continued to refine it through dedicated voice and diction training. I now work as a British-Turkish voiceover artist across both English and Turkish, covering projects from corporate and e-learning to commercial campaigns and animation, with clients including Samsung and Disney.

Alongside this, I also perform in Turkish-accented English - inspired by my mum’s voice - which I bring into everything from educational content for organisations like the British Council and Oxford University Press, to character work in gaming and animation. So whether you need a Turkish voiceover artist, an English speaking Turkish voiceover artist or a Turkish accented voiceover artist, I bring an authentic British Turkish voice shaped by both languages and cultures.
